Cot (Crib) $30 per week + 13% Tax
Pool Heating (If not already pre-paid) $25 per day ($175 per week) Includes tax
Cot & Highchair can be pre-ordered with us, or directly with the Management Company during your stay.
Payment is made directly to our management.

Note on BBQ's
In 2005, gas and charcoal grills caused 3,400 structure fires and 4,900 outdoor fires in or on home properties in the United States. The National Fire Protection Standards
(NFPA 1 - Chapter 3 paragraph 3.48) does not permit any type of BBQ to be used on the pool deck, or within 3 feet of any combustible material. Because of this we do
not allow BBQ's to be used in or on the pool deck, lanai, home, or garage/games room. Any use of a BBQ must be well away from the home and the screened pool area.
We regret that this, together with some previous guests leaving our BBQ in an unhygienic state, means that we no longer provide a Gas BBQ. However, should this be
something that you require, then our Management Company can arrange delivery of one for you. Payment, approx $55 per week, is made directly to the provider.
Operating and safety instructions must be adhered to, including those stipulated above.
