Driving in Florida
If you have never driven in Florida, you will need to familiarise yourself with the rules of the road beforehand. This can be done on line,
and w

Don’t forget your driving license, counterpart, and your car rental voucher.

Your first 'drive' will be from the Airport to our villa, and we'll provided you with directions.

Familiarise yourself with the vehicle before leaving the car rental depot. Staff are available to offer advice if required.

Nominate a co-pilot t
o assist you with directions and as a lookout for signs and landmarks.

Go over your directions trying to get a general picture of where you are going.

Keep alert. Don’t drink too much on the plane if you have to drive.
U.S. Drink Driving law is very strictly enforced and you will be charged if caught and spend a night in the cells. Not a good way to start the
holiday!
