| This private pool is not overlooked and benefits from day long summer sunshine. It’s the perfect place to relax and re-charge your batteries. The covered lanai provides relief from the sun and with patio furniture, ceiling fan and light, it’s the ideal place for outside eating, or a long cool evening drink. The pool is 27ft x 12ft with a depth of 3ft to 5ft and has fibre optic lighting. Heating is optional (recommended October thru April) There is a pool fence for the safety of children which is removable. A plus for this outside area is a half bathroom, providing the convenience of a toilet and wash basin. Poolside shower. This whole area is fully screened, keeping the insects and leaves out, while letting sunshine and air in. |
